At SOV, sustainable development is not only about environmental responsibility, but also about creating a resilient and reliable infrastructure that supports the long-term stability of the entire community. As part of this commitment, the complex has completed a major modernization of its electrical infrastructure, significantly strengthening the reliability and efficiency of the power supply system.

The project included the installation of an industrial 1.5 MW Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system equipped with a large battery array capable of instantly taking over the load of the complex in case of disruptions from the external grid. This solution allows critical systems and services within the complex to continue operating without interruption.

In addition, a modern 12-cell switchgear system was commissioned to ensure safer and more flexible energy distribution across the property. The electrical network was further reinforced with the installation of new underground cable lines and the construction of two additional overhead power lines, creating a greater capacity reserve and increasing system redundancy.

The main power distribution node at the complex entrance was also completely upgraded, improving the stability and efficiency of the entire electrical network.

These improvements significantly increase the resilience of the complex to external power outages and help ensure seamless energy supply for internal infrastructure. A reliable power system supports the continuous operation of engineering systems, safety infrastructure, services, and amenities that residents and guests rely on every day.
