Timeline

• Year 2004 – Master Plan of Sosua Ocean Village is designed.
• Year 2005 – Temporary office is established in Sosua, Dominican Republic.
• Year 2006 – Construction of the front office and first residential properties is started.
• Year 2007 – Front office at the entrance to the project area is open to clients.
• Year 2008 – Underground utility systems (electricity, water system, sewerage) are completed. Delivery acceptance of apartment buildings №№ 1-3.
• Year 2009 – Sosua Ocean Village Casa Club is inaugurated. Delivery acceptance of apartment buildings №№ 4-6. Asphalt works are finished.
• Year 2010 – Delivery acceptance of apartment buildings №№ 7-9.

The first phase of the residential community Sosua Ocean Village is nearing completion. This includes underground utility systems, asphalt works, commissioning of the front and technical offices, inauguration of the Casa Club and commissioning of 12 apartment buildings (at present 9 buildings are completed).

Residential community Sosua Ocean Village is located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic in a picturesque place on the Atlantic shore. High sky, ocean breeze, amazing beaches and a constant feeling of freedom and delightfulness of life – all this is Dominican Republic. A variety of outdoor activities, including golf, surfing and kite – boarding, horse riding, diving, rafting among others, won’t leave you time to get bored.

There are schools, pharmacies, a modern medical centre, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, casinos in the immediate vicinity of Sosua Ocean Village.

It takes 10 minutes to get to this residential community from Gregorio Luperon International Airport (best known as Puerto Plata Airport) that receives flights from the USA, Canada and a number of European countries. There are also direct flights from Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Kiev to Punta Cana Airport located on the south east of the Dominican Republic. Airport transfers can be organized at your request.
